Make the time work for everyone
Choose a date, a local time, and the source and destination time zones. The result includes the destination date, so you can spot when a meeting crosses midnight. Swap exchanges the zones while preserving the same instant.
When clocks change
A spring-forward transition can skip local times. We report those times as invalid instead of silently moving them. A fall-back transition can repeat a local time; choose its first or second occurrence explicitly. The converter supports years 1900–2100 and uses the time-zone data available in your browser. Future rules may change.
This converts civil time; it does not determine whether a time is within someone’s working hours.
